Beautiful v-groove pine planking ceiling (sealed with clearcoat) and crown molding throughout. Designer older ceiling fans in bedrooms, breakfast bar/counter, tile flooring, new cabinets in kitchen and baths. Cant beat this beauty. 10 har-tru tennis courts, & raquetball, 2 large pools, clubhouse, 24 hr security all 300 yards from the beach.
