This house is a disaster. It was flooded during the hurricane. Prior to that the seller put on a new roof, 2 new AC systems, and there is some termite damage which has been treated. There was a 2 bedroom 1 bath upstairs and a 2 bedroom 1 bath downstairs. Due to the flood, everything downstairs had to be removed. The downstairs is now an empty shell. Despite the obvious challenges this house still a good buy! This is a 4th row ocean home with a deeded access to the beach. If you are looking for a move in home, this isn't it.
