Down a private drive with no outlet, 70 Brams Point is a magnificent double waterfront estate. The Calibogue Sound, part of the Intracostal Waterway, runs across the front of the property, the back on Broad Creek includes a deep water dock. At the end of the Spanish Wells community, towering mature live oaks frame the bucolic road and lead to the Peninsula. Local architect Pearce Scott partnered with the current owners to create the amazing main house, guest house, and cottage in 2020. All three structures are connected by an awesome 9' high basement, and constructed with Dixiana Steel girders, engineered and installed by the company.
