Lab Cottage is one of 4 originally designed by Jim Strickland of Historical Concepts as guest accommodations for Spring Island. The two-bedrooms, two bath cottages are reminiscent of the island’s farm houses of the past and each has a living room with a brick fireplace, wood flooring and a small but complete kitchen & dining area.
